Bouncy Winter Music

After months of posting this kind of music, friends have begged for a smidgeon of ‘bouncy winter music’ to chase away the crispy cobwebs.

Musicals (of a non-Bollywood variety) usually find me taking to the hills, but I must concede a soft-spot for Barbra Streisand.

The unlikely penchant possibly started with The Way We Were (1973) and was consolidated with Yentl (1975).

Earnest discussions on the pros- and cons of Streisand’s ‘over-emoting’ and head-quivering rampage, but for now I can bear it.

Ask me again in a year or two.

So here’s something raucous, before a return to the solemn guitar-plucking and Northern sea-horizon gazing:
